Dögg Sigmarsdóttir is a project manager who has completed an APME in project management from Reykjavík University. She has a master's degree in Political and Economic Philosophy from the Universität Bern (Switzerland) and has also completed a diploma in international and European law from the same university. At the Reykjavík City Library, she has worked for 5 years as a project manager for civic engagement. She has also managed numerous participative projects within non-governmental organizations that focus on policymaking, innovation and education in the fields of human rights, democratic participation, and inclusion. Dögg applies the methodology of co-creation in her projects on shaping community spaces that promote future hope, sustainability and wellbeing.
